The Commission emphasized that all electoral processes are conducted with transparency, adherence to law, and strong data protection measures.

Rahul Gandhi had earlier alleged that voter data, especially in urban constituencies, was being stolen and manipulated to favor the ruling party in the upcoming 2025 general elections.
