JNU urges students to maintain peace over CAA The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)

Administration has appealed to the students to maintain peace on the campus over the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).

This news comes at a time when protests are taking place in different parts of the country regarding CAA.

The JNU administration has issued an advisory asking the students not to indulge in any kind of protest or illegal activities. The advisory also states that any kind of disagreement can be expressed peacefully, but there should not be any breach of peace in the premises.

It is noteworthy that JNU students have already demonstrated about CAA. There were a lot of protests across the country over CAA and JNU was also the center of it. In such a situation, this advisory has been issued keeping in mind those fears that the demonstration should not start again anywhere.

The JNU administration wants to create an academic atmosphere on campus and students focus on their studies. It is expected that the students will respect this appeal of the administration and maintain peace in the campus.
