Bareilly, 7 March 2024: The court has given a big verdict in the triple murder case that took place 10 years ago in Bareilly. Special Fast Track Court Ravi Kumar Diwakar has sentenced 8 criminals including 2 women to death in the robbery and murder case of April 20, 2014. A bullion trader has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Let us tell you that 10 years ago, miscreants had committed a triple murder during a robbery at the house of an Income Tax Inspector. In this, the mother, brother and sister-in-law of the Inspector of Income Tax Department were brutally murdered. Special Judge Fast Track Court Ravi Kumar Diwakar has sentenced 9 people of Chhaimar Haseen gang. A murder case took place on 20 April 2014 in Suresh Sharma Nagar of Baradari police station area.

 

According to Digambar Patel Assistant District Government Advocate Crime Bareilly, "Today the court has given a big verdict. The court has given death sentence to eight people and sentenced one accused to life imprisonment. 20 April 2014 is the triple murder case of Suresh Sharma Nagar. The mother, son and daughter-in-law were robbed and murdered by these accused, while the other two women had earlier raided the house. Both the women did rakhi while begging. These women were recognized by the neighbors and their testimony was also presented. This is a Chhaimar gang who lives in tents and after looting at one place, reaches another place."

 

Case was filed on behalf of Ravikant Mishra, resident of Suresh Sharma, in which it was told that he was working as Inspector of Income Tax Department in Pilibhit. In the month of April 2014, he left his home for Pilibhit at nine in the morning. The next morning, he received a message on the phone that his family members could not be contacted. He himself called, but could not be contacted. When he reached home, the main gate was locked from inside. The window in the gallery was open and the grill was out. When he went inside from the adjacent terrace, his mother's body was found near the stairs. The household items were scattered and the cupboard was broken. The miscreants had killed his mother Pushpa Devi, brother Yogesh Mishra and sister-in-law Priya with the intention of looting.
