In Akola Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Anup Sanjay Dhotre, Bharatiya Janata Party is declared the winner, securing 457030 votes and surpassing Abhay Kashinath Patil of Indian National Congress by 40626 votes.

The Akola Lok Sabha constituency in Maharashtra was a Congress stronghold for 25 years. However, the BJP gradually gained control, with Sanjay Dhotre of the BJP winning the last three elections, including the 2019 Lok Sabha election where Sanjay Shamrao Dhotre was the BJP candidate.
