This is not just an accident but a case of administrative murder. 

The Noida Police on Tuesday arrested Abhay Kumar, a builder who was involved in the construction work at the site, in this case. A team of SIT formed on the orders of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also reached the spot to inspect the spot.

Yuvraj Mehta, was a software engineer in a Gurugram-based company and worked on a hybrid work model. Yuvraj's mother had passed away a few years ago. Whereas, the elder sister lives in the United Kingdom. On the night of the accident, Yuvraj Mehta was returning from the office, and the tragic accident took place about 500 meters from home.

Builder Abhay Kumar was arrested in the case of software engineer Yuvraj Mehta's death. The deceased's car was also recovered in Noida. The NDRF team is present to search for the car in the death case; the SIT team also arrived.
