The ICC Women's T20 World Cup Trophy Tour, presented by DP World, has officially kicked off the countdown to the much awaited ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024, with less than a month to go. Thirty days before the tournament's inaugural match at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, on September 3, the Trophy Tour made its mark in Dubai with a spectacular exhibition in which the coveted trophy was paraded around the city's most prominent sites in a procession.

With unforgettable stops at picturesque locales like Half Desert Dubai, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, and the breathtaking Dubai Sunrise, the trophy set out on an amazing 24-hour journey across Dubai. This brilliant beginning set the tone for the trophy tour and increased excitement for what looks to be the most thrilling competition to date.

The ICC Women's T20 World Cup Trophy is scheduled to go to India after the glitz of Dubai. On September 7 and 8, at Nexus Mall in Bengaluru, and on September 14 and 15, at Infinity Mall in Malad, Mumbai, fans will be able to have a close-up look at the trophy.

Following its leg in India, the Trophy Tour will head to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka before making its way back to the UAE for the tournament's commencement. Every destination on the tour contributes to the ICC's overarching goal of involving cricket enthusiasts worldwide and expanding the appeal of women's cricket. In every place, the tour has been enthusiastically welcomed since the trophy inspires millions of people to love and participate in sports. A key component of the ICC's mission to advance cricket, honour its players, and motivate the next generation is the Trophy Tour.
