BJP's Mahima Kumari Mewar wins by 3,92,223 Votes and received total 7,81,203 votes. BJP's Mahima Kumari Mewar defeated INC candidate Dr. Damodar Gurjar, who received 3,88,980 votes.

Rajsamand Election Result Highlights: Mahima Kumari Mewar, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Rajsamand Rajasthan Constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 7,81,203 votes. INC candidate Dr. Damodar Gurjar lost the election by a margin of by 3,92,223 votes. 

 

In Rajsamand Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Mahima Kumari Mewar, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party defeated INC candidate Dr. Damodar Gurjar, who received 3,88,980 votes.

Rajsamand Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 25 Lok Sabha constituencies in Rajasthan state in western India. The constituency came into existence after the 2008 delimitation. The total population of Rajsamand district was 987,024, of which 4,93,459 are males and 4,93,565 are females. Although most of Rajasthan's economy is based on agriculture, this part of the state is rich in mineral resources. The region supplies marble, granite and other valuable varieties of stone. The Dariba, Sindesar Khurd and Zawar mines are major Indian sources of ores such as zinc, silver and manganese. Most of the population is engaged in organised and unorganised mining-related activities. There are also some tyre and tobacco factories here.

 

Lok Sabha elections 2019: BJP's Diya Kumari won the seat with 8,63,039 votes, while Congress's Devkinandan bagged 3,11,123 votes, BSP's Chenaram got 15,955 votes.
