SP's Dr. S.P. Patel Wins by 66,206 Votes and received total 4,41,932 votes. SP's Dr. S.P. Patel defeated BJP's Sangam Lal Gupta who received 3,75,726 votes.

Pratapgarh Election Result Highlights: Dr. S.P. Patel, candidate of the Samajwadi Party won the Pratapgarh constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 4,41,932 votes. BJP's Sangam Lal Guptar lost the election by a margin of by 66,206 votes.

 

In Pratapgarh Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Dr. S.P. Patel, candidate of the Samajwadi Party defeated BJP's Sangam Lal Gupta , who received 3,75,726 votes.

Pratapgarh is an assembly constituency in Uttar Pradesh. The Pratapgarh Lok Sabha seat has a total population of around 23 lakh as per the 2011 census. Out of this, 94.18 per cent are rural and 5.82 per cent are urban. As per the 2017 assembly elections, this Lok Sabha seat has a total of 1,68,2147 voters and 1829 polling stations in all the five assembly seats. The Scheduled Caste population in the seat is 19.9 per cent, while the Scheduled Tribe population is 0.03 per cent. Apart from this, Rajput and Kurmi voters as well as Brahmin voters play a very decisive role in Pratapgarh parliamentary seat. Muslims constitute 14 per cent of the population.

 

Lok Sabha elections 2019: In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP candidate Sangam Lal Gupta won with 4,36,291 votes. BSP's Ashok Kumar Tripathi came second with 3,18,539 votes and Congress' Rajkumari Ratna Singh came third with 77,096 votes.
