Rumours abuzz Bihar about CM Nitish Kumar's potential return to the NDA. Recent consultations with RJD leaders add suspense, hinting at a significant shift in alliances.

Political Buzz in Bihar: Nitish Kumar to Return to NDA by 25 Jan?

Patna: Regarding the potential return of JDU President and CM Nitish Kumar to the NDA, Union Minister Pashupati Paras suggested patience, urging people to wait, at least until the end of the month. Speculation has arisen about Nitish Kumar rejoining the NDA and Paras, RLJP chief and Union Minister, made significant comments on the matter. Emphasizing the need to wait for the unfolding political dynamics in Bihar, Paras, on Friday, stated that time holds considerable influence. Following his remarks, the political atmosphere in Bihar has intensified. Previously, Jitan Ram Manjhi, the HAM supremo and former CM and ally of the BJP, hinted at Nitish leaving the RJD-Congress alliance and rejoining the NDA. Paras, on Friday, reiterated the importance of waiting for the new political equation in Bihar, emphasizing the unpredictability of the future. As the national president of the Rashtriya Lok Janata Dal in the NDA, Paras had hinted at Nitish Kumar's return to the alliance earlier on Tuesday, indicating that the uncertainty would soon be resolved for the betterment of Bihar by the end of the month. Paras also noted that Nitish may be uncertain now, but he will make a decision in the best interest of Bihar.

Over the past few days, speculations have been rife regarding Nitish Kumar's apparent discontent with RJD supremo Lalu Prasad and Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav. On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar spent a mere 10 minutes at the banquet hosted at Rabri's residence. Notably, Lalu Yadav did not extend the customary offering of curd vaccine to him. However, on a surprising turn of events, Lalu and Tejashwi visited the CM residence on Friday, engaging in consultations with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

Adding to the political intrigue, former CM Jitan Ram Manjhi, the HAM supremo, made a noteworthy claim on Friday, causing a stir in Bihar's political landscape. He asserted that Nitish Kumar is poised to return to the NDA. This revelation has caught the attention of the RJD, prompting Lalu and Tejashwi to visit the CM residence in an attempt to persuade him otherwise. Manjhi further stated that Nitish Kumar has instructed JDU MLAs to remain in Patna until further orders.

With these developments, the political climate in Bihar is becoming increasingly charged. The visit of Lalu and Tejashwi to the CM residence and the reported instructions to JDU MLAs suggest a dynamic situation. As per Manjhi's claim, there is anticipation of a significant political upheaval in the state by January 25. The unfolding events hint at a potential shift in alliances and political alignments, adding an air of suspense to Bihar's political landscape.
