Rajabhau (Parag) Prakash Waje of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) won the Nashik constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha election by 162,001 votes.

In Nashik Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Rajabhau (Parag) Prakash Waje of the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackrey) is declared the winner, securing 616729 votes and surpassing Godse Hemant Tukaram of the Shiv Sena by 162001 votes.

Nashik, located on the banks of the Godavari River in Maharashtra, serves as both a district and a prominent Lok Sabha constituency. The Congress party achieved its first victory here in 1952. Over the years, leaders from various political affiliations have represented the constituency. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) secured its first win in 1989.

 

In the 2019 Lok Sabha election, Hemant Godse of the Shiv Sena won with 563,599 votes, defeating Sameer Bhujbal of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and independent candidate Manikrao Kokate. The election was held successfully on May 20th, with a voter turnout of 57.10 percent.
