Nayab Singh Saini was born on August 14, 1971, in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. His mother is Punjabi, and his father is Haryanvi. He completed his education in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, receiving a bachelor's degree from Patna University and a law degree from CCS Meerut.

 

Saini entered mainstream politics in 2014. He won the 2014 Haryana Assembly elections from Kurukshetra and became a minister in the BJP government. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, he won from Kurukshetra and became an MP in the 17th Lok Sabha. In October 2023, he was appointed state president of Haryana BJP.

 

On March 8, 2024, after the resignation of Manohar Lal Khattar, Nayab Singh Saini was elected as the 14th Chief Minister of Haryana. Saini, 53, is a young BJP leader, and his political career has progressed rapidly.
