In Madhepur Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Dinesh Chandra Yadav of the Janata Dal (United) is declared the winner, securing 640649 votes and surpassing DA Kumar Chandradeep of the Rashtriya Janata Dal by 174534 votes.

Madhepura district, located in Bihar, serves as an important administrative center and a vibrant Lok Sabha constituency. Covering an area of 1,788 square kilometers, the district is divided into two sub-divisions and further segmented into 13 blocks and circles.

 

In the 2019 elections, there was a fierce competition among Pappu Yadav from the Jan Adhikar Party, Dinesh Chandra Yadav from the JD(U), and Sharad Yadav from the RJD, along with other candidates. Dinesh Chandra Yadav of the JD(U) emerged victorious, signifying a notable political shift.
