In response to this incident, Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has instructed the filing of an FIR against the officer. Additionally, the Home Ministry has been advised to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the said officer. The officer's involvement has been confirmed through the verification of an audio recording by the FSL. The officer in question, identified as Amarnath Talwade, is alleged to have demanded money from a liquor seller under the pretext of representing Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
