BJP's Om Birla Wins by 41,974 Votes and received total 7,50,496 votes. BJP's Om Birla defeated, INC candidate Prahlad Gunjal, who received 7,08,522 votes.

Kota Election Result Highlights: Om Birla, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Kota Rajasthan Constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 7,50,496 votes. INC candidate Prahlad Gunjal lost the election by a margin of by 41,974 votes. 

 

In Kota Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Om Birla, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party defeated INC candidate Prahlad Gunjal, who received 7,08,522 votes.

Kota is a Lok Sabha  constituency in South East Rajasthan region of Rajasthan in North India. It is located on the banks of the Chambal River, about 240 kilometres (149 mi) south of the state capital, Jaipur. The city has a population of over 1.2 million. It is the third most populous city in Rajasthan after Jaipur and Jodhpur. Also, it is the 46th most populous city in India. It is the administrative headquarters of Kota district and Kota division. Kota city is famous for its engineering and medical entrance exam coaching institutes across the country. Youth from all corners of India come to Kota to prepare for JEE, NEET and many other competitive exams, which makes it an edtech city.

 

Lok Sabha elections 2019: Om Birla of BJP got 8,00,051 votes (won), Ramnarayan Meena of Congress got 5,20,374 votes, Harish Kumar Lahiri of BSP got 9,985 votes
