Kamakhya Prasad Tasa of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Kaziranga constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, securing 897,043 votes and defeating Roselina Tirkey of the Indian National Congress by 248,947 votes.

In Kaziranga Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Kamakhya Prasad Tasa of the Bharatiya Janata Party is declared the winner, securing 897043 votes and surpassing Roselina Tirkey of the Indian National Congress by 248947 votes.

Kaziranga Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 14 parliamentary constituencies in Assam. According to the Election Commission's final delimitation order for Assam in August 2023, this seat, previously known as Kaliabor, has a total electorate of 17,34,938 as of 2019.

 

Kaziranga is a General category Lok Sabha constituency, not reserved for any specific group. It encompasses assembly segments such as Kaliabor, Barhampur, Binnakandi, Hojai, Lumding, Golaghat, Dergaon, Bokakhat, Khumtai, and Sarupathar. While five of these segments are in the Nagaon district, the remaining are in Golaghat.
