BJP's Rahul Singh Lodhi wins by 4,06,426 votes and received total 7,09,768 votes. BJP's Rahul Singh Lodhi defeated INC candidate Tarbar Singh Lodhi, who received 3,03,342 votes.

Damoh Election Result Highlights: Rahul Singh Lodhi, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Damoh, Madhya Pradesh Constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 7,09,768 votes. INC candidate Tarbar Singh Lodhi lost the election by a margin of by 4,06,426 votes. 

 

In Damoh 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Rahul Singh Lodhi, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party defeated INC candidate Tarbar Singh Lodhi, who received 3,03,342 votes.

The first election to the Damoh Lok Sabha seat in Madhya Pradesh was held in 1962. The Congress has won 3 seats. The Damoh Lok Sabha seat is a BJP bastion. The BJP won the seat for the first time in 1989. The BJP has been winning here since 1989. He has won 8 elections in a row. In the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the BJP will be eyeing to register its ninth consecutive victory while the Congress will be looking to make a comeback in this seat.

 

Lok Sabha elections 2019: In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP's Prahlad Singh Patel had got 513079 (56.25 per cent) votes. Chaudhary Mahendra Pratap Singh of the Congress got 299780 votes (32.87 per cent). The margin of victory was 213299 votes. The BSP came third with 3.46 per cent votes.
