Burdwan-Durgapur Lok Sabha 2024 Election Results Highlights: Kriti Azad Jha of the All India Trinamool Congress, won the Burdwan-Durgapur constituency by 137981 votes.

 

Kriti Azad Jha of the All India Trinamool Congress Party (AITC) was declared the winner of the Burdwan-Durgapur constituency of West Bengal by securing a total vote of 720667, defeating BJP candidate Dilip Ghosh, who was also the former President of the BJP in West Bengal, by 137781 votes.

The Burdwan-Durgapur constituency is one of the most significant constituencies of West Bengal which is composed of Bardhamman Dakshin, Bardhamman Uttar, Galsi, Monteswar, Bhatar, Durgapur Uttar, Durgapur Purba. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP candidate S.S Ahluwalia won the elections by 2439 votes.
