INC candidate Ummeda Ram Beniwal Wins by 1,18,176 Votes and received total 7,04,676 votes. INC candidate Ummeda Ram Beniwal defeated, IND candidate Ravindra Singh Bhati, who received 5,86,500 votes.

Barmer Election Result Highlights: Ummeda Ram Beniwal, candidate of the Indian National Congress won the Barmer Rajasthan Constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 7,04,676 votes. IND candidate Ravindra Singh Bhati lost the election by a margin of by 1,18,176 votes.

 

In Barmer Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Ummeda Ram Beniwal, candidate of the Indian National Congress defeated IND candidate Ravindra Singh Bhati, who received 5,86,500 votes.

Barmer Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 25 Lok Sabha constituencies in Rajasthan state in western India. It is the second largest parliamentary constituency with an area of 71,601 sq km. Both Jaisalmer and Barmer, the third and fifth largest districts of India, fall under this Lok Sabha constituency. In the 15 Lok Sabha elections held from 1957 to 2014, the Barmer Lok Sabha seat was held by the Congress nine times, the BJP twice, an Independent once, the BLD once, the RRP once and the Janata Dal once. Sonaram represented the seat for three consecutive terms from 1996-2004 on a Congress ticket. Col Sonaram Chaudhary is the BJP MP from this constituency.

 

Lok Sabha elections 2019: Kailash Choudhary of BJP got 8,46,526 votes, Manvendra Singh of Congress got 5,22,718 votes and NOTA got 18,996 votes
