INC candidate Varun Chaudhry wins by 49,036 Votes and received total 6,63,657 votes. INC candidate Varun Chaudhry defeated BJP's Banto Kataria, who received 6,14,621 votes.

Ambala Election Result Highlights: Varun Chaudhry, candidate of the Indian National Congress won the Ambala Haryana Constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 6,63,657 votes. BJP's Banto Kataria lost the election by a margin of by 49,036 votes. 

 

In Ambala Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Varun Chaudhry, candidate of the Indian National Congress defeated BJP's Banto Kataria, who received 6,14,621 votes.

Ambala is a Lok Sabha / Parliamentary constituency in region of Haryana in North India. Ambala is also a district and city is the administrative headquarters of the district. The constituency covers the entire Panchkula and Ambala districts and part of Yamunanagar district. This constituency is reserved for scheduled caste candidates. The constituency is located on the north-eastern fringes of Haryana and borders Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. Ambala constituency is a part of Ambala division. According to the 2011 census, Ambala constituency covers an area of 1,569 square kilometres and has a population of 1,128,350. The literacy rate of this constituency is 81.75%.

 

Lok Sabha elections 2019: BJP's Rattan Lal Kataria won by 7,46,508 votes, Congress' Kumari Selja got 4,04,163 votes and BSP's Dr Kapoor Singh got 96,296 votes
