Two weeks after joining the NDA, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar paid Sharad Pawar a surprise visit at the YB Chavan Centre on Sunday. Praful Patel, Chhagan Bhujbal, Dilip Walse Patil, and other party leaders accompanied him. "Today, we all gathered to seek the blessings of revered Sharad Pawar. We learned that Pawar saheb had arrived. So we took advantage of the occasion and came here to seek his blessings," Praful Patel said during his meeting with Sharad Pawar. According to the people described above, the unplanned meeting lasted roughly 30 minutes.

Following a party split, nine NCP leaders, including Ajit Pawar, were recruited into the Maharashtra government earlier this month.

Following the meeting, Praful Patel stated that they had pressed Pawar to take steps to keep the party together. He told reporters that they had met with senior Pawar to seek his blessings.

On Sunday afternoon, a delegation of leaders led by Ajit Pawar paid a visit to senior Pawar at the YB Chavan Centre in Nariman Point.

Ajit Pawar was accompanied by Praful Patel, the party's working president, and ministers Chhagan Bhujbal, Dilip Walse Patil, Hasan Mushrif, Dhananjay Munde, Sanjay Bansode, and Aditi Tatkare, among others.

According to sources close to the situation, the rebel leaders asked senior Pawar to examine solutions to maintain the party unified, to which the party president has not responded.
