India Hits Back at Pakistan Over False Claims on Kashmiri Women’s Security at UNSC

India gave a powerful reply to Pakistan at the United Nations Security Council after Pakistan made baseless remarks about the security and dignity of Kashmiri women, reaffirming that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India.

During a recent UNSC session, Pakistan attempted to raise the Kashmir issue once again, making unfounded allegations about the treatment of women in the region. The Indian representative swiftly dismissed these remarks, emphasizing that such statements are politically motivated and completely detached from reality.

India’s envoy highlighted that Pakistan continues to misuse international platforms to spread propaganda and divert attention from its own internal human rights violations. The representative further added that Pakistan should introspect on the treatment of women and minorities within its own borders before making false accusations against others.

Reiterating India’s long-standing position, the envoy stated that Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh are integral and inalienable parts of India. Any interference or misrepresentation by Pakistan at global forums will not alter this fact.

India also underlined its commitment to women’s safety, empowerment, and equal participation in governance and development — values deeply rooted in India’s constitutional framework and democratic traditions.

This strong diplomatic rebuttal once again showcased India’s clarity and firmness on the Kashmir issue at international stages, leaving no room for misinformation or politicized na

rratives.
