Sad news has emerged from the family of Indian cricketer Rinku Singh. His father, Khanchand Singh, passed away on February 27 after battling stage 4 liver cancer. He was 58 years old.

Khanchand Singh had been undergoing treatment at Yatharth Hospital in Noida for several days. According to Dr. Sunil Kumar, his condition worsened on February 21, after which he was admitted to the hospital.

He was placed on ventilator support but succumbed to the illness in the early hours of Friday.

Battle With Liver Cancer

Doctors confirmed that he had been fighting advanced liver cancer for a long time. Liver-related diseases have been rising globally in recent years, becoming a serious health concern.

Family members, relatives, and well-wishers have expressed grief over the loss. Messages of condolence have also started pouring in from the cricket fraternity and fans.
