The Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) presented the 2023 SBS Drama Awards. It took place at SBS Prism Tower in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul on December 29, 2023. Kim Yoo-jung hosted the program for the third time, and Shin Dong-yup for the sixth time in a row.

In the aftermath of the passing of the late Lee Sun-kyun, the award presentation took place in a calm setting. The majority of the actors were seen wearing black clothes to show respect towards the actors death.

About SBS Drama Awards
SBS Drama Awards, also called SBS Awards Festival, is a yearly awards ceremony held by Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) to recognize exceptional accomplishments in Korean dramas broadcast on its network. Every year on December 31, it takes place. The "Grand Prize", given to the year's top actor or actress, is the ceremony's highest honor. The first award distribution was held in 1993.
