In the course of the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024, which were held in Mumbai, forty individuals were honored for the significant contributions they have made to the development of Indian cinema. These awardees were recognized at the 70th edition of the Delhi Film Industry Festival (DPIFF), where they were chosen by a panel consisting of renowned figures from the Indian film industry. Luminaries such as Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Kareena Kapoor, Vikrant Massey, Nayanthara, Shahid Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga were present at the ceremony, which made it a memorable evening. The ceremony was a glamorous affair.

In the television category of the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards, Neil Bhatt was awarded the title of Best Actor for his performance in "Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin." The television series "Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin" was deemed the best of the year, and Rupali Ganguly was honored with the award for Best Actress for her performance in "Anupamaa."

Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards for OTT

At the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards for Over-the-Top (OTT) programming, Shahid Kapoor and Sushmita Sen were awarded the titles of Best Actor and Actress, respectively, for their roles in "Farzi" and "Aarya 3." Additionally, "Farzi" was awarded the title of Best Web Series. Aditya Roy Kapur and Karishma Tanna were recognized in the Critics' category for their roles in "Night Manager" and "Scoop," and "The Railway Men" was awarded the title of Best Web Series (Critics).
