From today, the journey from Delhi to Meerut is going to be covered in minutes. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the NaMo Bharat train from Sarai Kale Khan to Begumpul station in Meerut today. Along with this, Meerut Metro will also be inaugurated. Under this project, the travel time between Delhi-Meerut has been reduced to 55 minutes.

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the NaMo Bharat train from Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi to Begumpul station in Meerut today. Today, the dream of the people of Meerut is also going to be fulfilled. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Meerut Metro on February 22.

 

On February 20, a non-stop trial of the NaMo Bharat train was conducted from Sarai Kale Khan to Meerut Begumpul. During this time, a trial of Meerut Metro was also conducted from Meerut Begumpul station to Meerut South station. Now its operation is going to start from 22 February.

 

PM Modi will address a public meeting after inaugurating the NaMo Bharat train and Meerut Metro services. According to the district administration, he will reach Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad at 11 am. PM Modi's helicopter will also land at the same helipad at 11:30 am, where CM Yogi will welcome him.
