The ₹60 lakh renovation project of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta's official residence has been abruptly stopped following public criticism and opposition outrage.

The renovation, which commenced just weeks ago, was reportedly aimed at revamping the interiors and structural design of the CM's official bungalow.
