According to aviation authorities, the private chartered plane had departed from an undisclosed airport but soon reported a fault mid-air. Following standard safety protocols, the pilot made the decision to return to the departure airport, ensuring a safe landing without any injuries or casualties reported.

 

The aircraft was carrying a small group of passengers, and immediate technical inspections were carried out post-landing. Initial assessments suggest a mechanical issue in the engine system, but a thorough investigation is underway by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

 

This incident has raised fresh concerns over private aviation safety standards in India, prompting officials to consider more frequent checks and stricter regulatory measures for private carriers.
