Nilesh Dnyandev Lanke of the Nationalist Congress Party won the Ahmednagar constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha Election by 28,929 votes, defeating Dr. Sujay Radhakrishna Vikhepatil of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

In Ahmednagar Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Nilesh Dnyandev Lanke, Nationalist Congress Party – Sharadchandra Pawar is declared the winner, securing 624797 votes and surpassing Dr. Sujay Radhakrishna Vikhepatil of Bharatiya Janata Party by 28929 votes.

Ahmednagar, the biggest district of Maharashtra, is part of the Nashik division. In the 2019 election, Sujay Vikhe Patil of BJP won with 704,660 votes. Sangram Arun Jagtap of NCP received 423,186 votes, and Sudhakar Avahad of VBA received 31,807 votes.
