Being here at this incredible stadium and performing in Ahmedabad for the first time is a delight. From their Mumbai concerts, Coldplay continues giving shoutouts to the beloved sport of cricket. Chris Martin, the frontman of Coldplay, played a video during one of their performances in Mumbai earlier this month that showed how Jasprit Bumrah's balling "destroyed" their home country of England and helped India win a cricket match.
The concert, part of their Music of the Spheres world tour, featured a setlist filled with fan favorites like Fix You, Paradise, Yellow, and Viva La Vida, alongside tracks from their latest album. The stadium came alive with a dazzling display of lights, pyrotechnics, and synchronized wristbands that created a magical sea of colors.
