Nitu Kumari Nootan also known as N.K. Nootan (born 6 February 1975) is an Indian folk & semi-classical singer and A graded Radio & Doordarshan artist. She is the recipient of a national award from the president of India and was also felicitated by the prime minister of India, Sri Narendra Modi. M/s Nootan is the first woman from Bihar who was felicitated by Hon'ble President of Mauritius Sri Kailash Purryag in 2013.
