India and Poland Seal Social Security Agreement, Boosting Bilateral Ties

India and Poland have successfully concluded negotiations on a Social Security Agreement (SSA), Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced today. The agreement marks a major milestone in the diplomatic and economic relations between the two countries, offering a range of benefits for their citizens working in each other's territories.

In addition, he mentioned that since Poland would be hosting the Kabaddi tournament for the first time this year, Kabbadi has become a point of connection between the two countries.  In a speech to the Indian community in Warsaw, PM Modi said, "Youth and innovation will drive both countries' prosperity. I have some inspiring news to share with you today. Poland and India have reached a social security agreement that will help all of your people."

According to PM Modi, he would be meeting with President Andrzej Duda of Poland and his counterpart Donald Tusk. He said that these meetings will further improve the ties between the two countries.  "I am delighted that the collaboration between India and Poland is continuously rising in areas like innovative technology and renewable energy," he said, highlighting the growing links between the two countries. Numerous Polish businesses have established prospects in India, and numerous Indian businesses have invested here and generated jobs."

As India and Poland prepare to sign the agreement formally, both governments are expected to initiate information campaigns to educate their citizens about the benefits and implementation of the SSA. The agreement is anticipated to come into effect within the next few months, following its ratification by both nations.
