In Sasaram Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Manoj Kumar of the Indian National Congress is declared the winner, securing 513004 votes and surpassing Shivesh Kumar of the Bharatiya Janata Party by 19157 votes.

Sasaram is one of the 40 Lok Sabha constituencies in Bihar, designated as a reserved seat for the Scheduled Castes. It comprises six legislative assembly segments: three from Kaimur district and three from Rohtas district. Following delimitation, the Dinara, Chenari, and Mohania assembly segments were separated to create the new Kargahar assembly segment. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP's Chhedi Paswan won the seat, securing 494,800 votes.
