Ayodhya: Ayodhya is filled with a joyous spirit that extends from the local community to the entire nation and beyond. After years of anticipation, the consecration of the Ram temple is set to take place on January 22, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurating the event. The chief priest of Ram Janmabhoomi has expressed disapproval of a viral image circulating on social media, asserting that the depiction of Lord Shri Ram with open eyes is inaccurate.

During the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony for the Ram Temple, Chief Priest Acharya Satyendra Das emphasized the adherence to proper procedures, stating, "Wherever there's a new idol, Pran Pratishtha rules are followed. The statue, as seen with open eyes, is incorrect; eyes will not open before Pran Pratistha. If such images surface, an investigation will determine who is responsible. The entire country is immersed in anticipation for the consecration on January 22, and people's eagerness for a glimpse of Lord Ram's idol is palpable. Priest Satyendra Das affirms that if the idol's eyes were opened prematurely, it will be thoroughly examined."
