Yash Begins Shooting for Raavan’s Role in Ramayana

South superstar Yash has officially kicked off shooting for his much-anticipated role as Raavan in *Ramayana*, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Nitish Tiwari. Known for his powerful performances, Yash is set to bring a new dimension to the iconic character in this grand cinematic retelling of the epic. 

 

The film stars Bollywood’s Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita, creating a stellar cast that has fans eagerly awaiting its release. Yash, who gained nationwide fame with the *KGF* series, steps into the role of Raavan with high expectations, promising an intense and layered portrayal of the legendary antagonist. 

 

Director Nitish Tiwari, known for hits like *Dangal* and *Chhichhore*, is set to bring the age-old epic to life with a fresh perspective while maintaining its cultural essence. *Ramayana* is planned as a multi-part saga, with the first installment scheduled for a grand Diwali 2026 release.
